چکیده

Three copper(I) dithiocarbamate–phosphine complexes of the general formula Cu(PPh3)2L were synthesized by metathesis reactions potassium salt dithiocarbamate ligand L and precursor complex Cu(PPh3)2NO3 in an equimolar ratio. represents N,N?-bis(2,6-dimethylphenyl)formamidine L1 1, N,N?-bis(2,6-disopropylphenyl) formamidine L2 2, N,N?-dimesitylformamidine L3 3. The single-crystal X-ray structure revealed coordination copper atom to two sulfur atoms dithiocarbamates, as well phosphorus PPh3 units, which resulted distorted tetrahedral geometries. calculated ?4 (tau factor) values for 2 3 0.82, 0.81 0.85, respectively, confirming pseudo-tetrahedral geometry proposed. Complexes 1–3 showed remarkable luminescent properties CH2Cl2 at room temperature. All three moderate-to-low antibacterial potential against Gram-negative bacteria, while none active Gram-positive bacteria. DPPH assay studies that had lowest IC50 (4.99 × 10?3 mM),and higher free radical scavenging ability than 1 pharmacological estimations all minimal violation Lipinski’s rule.

Pseudo-tetrahedral complexes

A pseudo-triangulation is a cell complex in the plane whose cells are pseudo-triangles, i.e., simple polygons with exactly three convex vertices (so-called corners). Being an interesting and flexible generalization of triangulations, pseudo-triangulations have found their place in computational geometry; see e.g. [8, 11, 7, 1] and references therein. Unlike triangulations, pseudo-triangulations...

Ursolic Acid Hydrazide Based Organometallic Complexes: Synthesis, Characterization, Antibacterial, Antioxidant, and Docking Studies

In thecurrent research work, eleven metal complexes were synthesized from the hydrazide derivative of ursolic acid. Metal complexes of tin, antimony and iron were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy. The antibacterial and antioxidant activities were performed for these complexes, which revealed that the metal complexes synthesized are more potent than their parent compoun...
